Servicing / Maintenance: Nobody wants to pay for maintenance to any home device they own but the truth is, just like any mechanical device, proper maintenance and regular service to your air conditioner unit will allow it to have a longer life span and helps the A/C unit to operate more efficiently bringing down the cost of your energy bill.
Our air conditioner maintenance includes:
- Inspection of the evaporator coil,
- Check & adjust fan speed,
- Inspect condensate pump operation
- Shut down the A/C unit & check for disconnect,
- Inspect contactor for burns & pitted joints
- Check the capacitor(s)
- Inspect the condenser fan motor and supply oil as needed,
- Inspect all the electrical connections on the air conditioner,
- Verify the correct amperage draw for the compressor & outdoor fan,
- Verify correct pressures & temperatures (indoor, outdoor, wet bulb, dry bulb, superheat & subcooling),
- Inspect the sequence of operation on two-stage units.
